There’s no business strategy without a solid SWOT analysis. And there’s no great SWOT analysis without a good-looking template. Of course, technically, you could just outline the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for a business in a Word document, but it’s doubtful anyone would really pay any attention to it.
The problem with online templates for a SWOT analysis is that most look dated and unprofessional. Luckily, I went through all that fluff and found some absolute gems that I’m about to share with you in this piece.
Below, you’ll see a gallery of the finest SWOT analysis templates to download with a single click (free options included!).

Gradient
It’s simple, it’s visually self-explanatory, it’s highly legible, the layout works on auto-pilot. Not really sold on the white-font-on-dark-background reading experience, but design-wise, it more than does the job.

Aha!
Most of the templates in this gallery are highly visual and best suited for marketing purposes. This one, in turn, is more technical, will work great for a SWOT analysis you need to deliver for an extensive internal report when you KNOW people will pay attention and need a template that accommodates all the nitty-gritty.

Not 100% happy about including this one here as it comes from our direct competitor. On the other hand, at Storydoc, we never shy away from giving credit where it’s due. Won’t be writing any promotional copy around this one, let’s just say you might want to check it out. Or not. Whatever.
