Short answer

What makes a good media kit?

A strong media kit should highlight your brand’s strengths with clear, engaging content. Include eye-catching images, detailed contact information, and descriptions of the services you offer.

Don’t forget to add your accomplishments, testimonials, and potential partnership opportunities to make it irresistible to potential partners.

Most media kits out there blend in - here’s how you can stand out

As a blogger, putting together my first media kit was way harder than I thought it would be.

I figured it would just be pulling together some text and stats—how hard could that be, right?

But it turns out, a lot of successful folks don’t really want to give away their secrets, and finding a template that doesn’t look like everyone else’s can take forever.

Sure, a cool media kit on its own won’t land you a deal, but being able to stand out right from the start definitely helps.

Below, I’ll share some of my favorite media kit examples for different situations, so you can use them to polish up your own pitch.

Let's get started!

Winning media kit examples that get you deals

Now that you know what goes into a successful media kit, it’s time to see what this means in practice.

I’ve put together a gallery of media pack examples for different use cases. All of them were built based on what worked for other clients in the past, and can be easily customized to suit your needs.

Minimalistic media kit

I started with this media kit example because I love how flexible and easy it is to customize.

It includes logo placeholders that you can easily swap with your own or your clients' logos just by using website URLs. This means no more fussing with images that are supposed to be PNGs but aren't, or worrying if you have the latest version.

The data visualization components can also be updated with real-time data, which is a huge time-saver.

The only thing I’d tweak is the next steps slide. I think embedding a calendar would be WAY more effective than just including your email and phone number.

Company media kit

I was initially unsure about including this company media kit because it’s essentially the same as the last one, just with a different design.

But then, as I tinkered with the editor, I loved how effortlessly I could switch the colors to fit any company’s branding.

Now, imagine you're a branding agency aiming to land your next client. You could easily pull your prospects' branding into the deck, and boom, instead of just talking about what you can do, they can see it for themselves.

This way, you can make your deck look custom-made for that client with just a few clicks. And let’s be honest, we all like to feel special, whether it's in our personal lives or in business.

Brand media kit

I picked this brand media kit because it's truly a masterclass in building trust with potential clients.

The testimonials slide includes several tabs that readers can click through.

Imagine you work with clients across various industries. You can organize each case study under a different tab, so when you're pitching to a new client from the same industry, they can go directly to the relevant tab.

Plus, if you don't want to overwhelm people with too much text, the 'Read more' button is really handy. It allows you to link directly to the full case study.

Influencer media kit

As a content creator, I was most excited to explore the influencer media kit examples.

You see, when it comes to media kits for content creators, opinions are split: some believe you should always include your rates, while others think rates should be on a separate card.

So, I included this influencer media kit specifically for those who prefer not to mix rates with their main presentation. If you're focused on presenting yourself, your values, and client testimonials, you'll probably love this deck.

If you're after something that also covers your services and social media stats, stay tuned—I’ve got just the thing.

Social media influencer media kit

This is hands-down my favorite media kit out of all the ones I've seen or used. First off, the social media stats are crystal clear—broken down by gender, age, and location of followers, which makes it super easy for brands to see if there's a match.

Then, I absolutely love the past projects slide. It neatly displays brand names alongside photos or videos from each specific campaign. As I scrolled through, it smoothly transitioned between campaigns.

And after seeing all the brands she has worked with, the pricing slide was just the cherry on top. It clearly lists all the services offered, along with their price ranges, making it easy for any brand to see how it fits into their budget.

Fitness influencer media kit

I chose this media pack example because it’s concise yet informative—a big plus in an era where many outreach decks are viewed on mobile devices.

This media kit includes videos next to brand names with brief campaign descriptions. To keep things tidy, it has 'Read more' buttons so readers can easily access more details if they're interested.

But, what I love the most is how actionable it is. The next steps slide includes a calendar, making it easy for interested parties to book a meeting right away.

There's also an option to check out her social media channels first, which I think is a great touch.

Where to find effective media kit templates?

Creating a media kit is a real effort. You have to get everything to display right, balance the text with visuals, and make sure it doesn’t overload anyone’s inbox.

But here's the thing—even after all that work, if you just pick a standard template, your kit might end up looking like everyone else’s.

Interactive media kit templates are built on a proven structure, optimized for maximum engagement, and made to look great on any device. With just a little bit of effort, you can make your media kit stand out in a sea of competition.
