What really hooked me, though, is how it introduces Peter from ScaleHub before jumping into the solution. It adds a human touch that makes the whole story feel more relatable.

And the best part? You can embed another Storydoc right into it—Inception-style—so people can explore the results firsthand. It’s such a cool way to engage your audience and keep them clicking!

Cyolo case study (interactive deck)

This case study is about Cyolo, a zero-trust access platform, and their client Rapac Energy, a leading Israeli energy company.

Together, they worked to secure Rapac’s sensitive systems by enabling seamless, secure remote access for employees and contractors, which also reduced operational complexity.

What I love about this deck is how it balances interactivity with practicality—there’s even a link on the cover slide to download it as a PDF if needed.

Right from the start, it delivers clear value, diving straight into the client’s challenges and the impressive results achieved.

While it’s a bit text-heavy in places, it smartly breaks things up with a testimonial quote and a video that brings the story to life. It’s a great mix of information and engagement!

Consulting case study by BetterLed (interactive deck)

This case study features BetterLED, a consulting company focused on energy solutions, and their client, a large retail chain aiming to reduce energy costs and improve efficiency.

Their collaboration tackled these goals head-on with a clear problem-solution framework that’s a perfect example of how to do it right.

I love how the challenge is framed around the client’s key metrics—it’s precise and sets up the story beautifully.

The solution is laid out in phases, making it easy to follow, and the results? Absolute perfection. They’re segmented into tabs where you can click through to see how each metric improved, complete with interactive data visualizations.

This kind of clarity and interactivity is exactly how a case study should be done.

Fintech marketing case study by Veri (interactive deck)

This case study from Veri, a fintech marketing company, dives straight into the results of their collaboration with a financial services client, showing the impact right from the start.

I love this approach—it immediately demonstrates the value of their work.

One of my favourite parts is the moving Senja testimonial bars. They slide smoothly across the screen, adding a dynamic touch to client feedback that’s both engaging and visually appealing.

Another standout feature is the video integration. For every major element of the case study, a person from the company explains the process, making it incredibly easy to follow.

The only thing missing is a clear call to action at the end—I feel like it wraps up too abruptly without pointing readers toward the next step.

HR case study (interactive deck)

This HR case study really grabbed my attention from the start by making its unique value proposition instantly clear. It’s refreshing to know exactly what you’re diving into without having to wade through paragraphs of fluff.

The background slide is another highlight for me—it includes a read more button that lets you control how much detail you want to explore. Whether you’re in the mood for a deep dive or just a quick skim, it’s all at your pace, which I love.

What really stood out, though, is the timeline slide for the solution. It walks you through each phase in a way that feels organized and approachable, helping you focus on the right information at the right time.

It’s a great mix of clarity, interactivity, and user-friendliness.

Medical case study (interactive deck)

This medical case study was such a breath of fresh air compared to the usual healthcare jargon overload that makes my eyes glaze over.

One of my favourite features is the narrator slide for the solution. As you scroll, new information pops up step by step, which keeps things super manageable and easy to digest. No information overload here—it’s paced perfectly.

Plus, being able to embed a background image adds such a nice visual touch. It makes everything feel more engaging without being distracting.

The results section is just as good. The interactive bar graph paired with the key metrics is so clean and refreshing.

This case study strikes the perfect balance between clarity and interactivity, and it makes even a complex topic feel accessible.

Marketing case study (interactive deck)

This marketing case study follows a familiar structure but adds a few standout features that I really appreciate.

The solution is segmented into tabs, which is such a clever touch, especially when you’ve tackled a broader partnership with multiple initiatives.

It keeps everything organized and lets you dive into the details of each solution without feeling overwhelmed.

Next, the process slide is another win. It’s laid out in four quadrants, one for each step, making the workflow super easy to follow.

And if you need more information, the last slide has both a link to the website and a calendar link for scheduling a call. It’s thoughtful, user-friendly, and perfect for guiding potential clients toward the next step.

Real estate case study (interactive deck)

This real estate case study stands out for how well it highlights the capabilities of the real estate platform involved. The structure is pretty familiar, but there are a few features that really caught my eye.

The first thing I love is the placeholders for images or videos—it’s perfect for real estate. You can embed property walkthroughs or client testimonials, which makes the case study feel so much more engaging and tailored to your audience.

What really stands out, though, is the timeline slide for the results. Each milestone includes its own mini data visualization—small charts that bring the numbers to life.

It’s such a creative and effective way to present results while keeping things visually interesting. I love how it elevates the storytelling without adding clutter.

TIMCo marketing case study (static PDF)

This case study from TIMCo focuses on their collaboration with Windows on Washington (WoW), a home improvement company aiming to boost inbound marketing and customer engagement.

Although it’s a static PDF—not as engaging as an interactive deck—it’s still well-structured and avoids the usual walls of text.

I really like how it breaks down the process with clear sections for “Why Us,” the strategy, and key deliverables.

The results are front and center, with metrics like a 47% increase in leads and a 43% rise in new contacts.

They’ve also added a video link, plenty of screenshots, and mockups to make the content more dynamic. It’s a solid effort, though it could be even better with an interactive format!

Adobe Marketing Cloud customer story (static PDF)

This case study dives into how Vodafone Ireland worked with Adobe Marketing Cloud to create a more personalized app experience for their customers.

It’s a static PDF, and while it’s a bit clunky and wordy, I appreciate how it organizes the key results—like increased app engagement and better user satisfaction—into a sidebar for easy reading.

That little touch makes it less overwhelming.

That said, I couldn’t help but feel it was missing something. Multimedia elements like videos or interactive charts would have made it so much more engaging.

And there’s no clear next step—it just kind of ends. But in terms of the actual content and structure, it’s a strong example of how to present a detailed success story.

Polarion customer success story (static PDF)

This case study covers LifeWatch, a global health monitoring company, and their use of Polarion’s software to streamline compliance and improve collaboration across worldwide teams.

What I really like is that it’s only two pages, so it’s easy to skim while still being packed with information.

The layout is clean, with sections breaking down the client’s pain points, the solution, and results.

A diagram and image add some much-needed visual breaks, especially given the complexity of the solution.

Still, it could use more interactivity or a human touch, like testimonials or dynamic visuals, to make it feel more engaging. For a static PDF, though, it’s well done!

Siemens case study (static PDF)

The Siemens case study explores how their Industrial Automation and Drive Technologies divisions partnered with Intel CoFluent Studio to optimize a 100 Mbps Ethernet switch design for the telecom industry.

Just writing that sentence feels like a handful (whew!), so I can’t blame anyone for struggling to follow along—that’s why clarity is everything here.

This deck does a good job breaking down the complexity with clear sections, diagrams, and annotations on the side to guide readers.

The three-page format is nice—it’s concise and easy to skim—but it’s hard not to imagine how much better it could be with a few interactive features.

Clickable sections to dive deeper, a quick video demo to explain the process, or an interactive timeline to map out milestones would make it so much more engaging and easier to follow.

For a static PDF, though, it’s solid and well-organized.

Friant manufacturing case study (static PDF)

This case study covers how Friant & Associates, an office furniture manufacturer, used 2020 Insight software to streamline their operations and improve customer satisfaction.

I have to say, the "At a Glance" section is a lifesaver—it gives you all the key details right away. That’s a huge plus because the rest of the case study gets bogged down in things like the company’s philosophy, which feels a bit off-topic.

The structure is easy to follow, and I appreciate how they focus on specific solutions like automating design and order processes.

But as a static PDF, it falls a little flat. Imagine how much better it could be with an interactive timeline or a video showing how the software works. For what it is, though, it’s a decent overview that gets the job done.

Loopio customer success story (static PDF)

This case study highlights how PowerSchool, a leading education technology platform, improved their RFP success rate by 60% with Loopio’s RFP response software.

The title, “PowerSchool is Winning More RFPs with Loopio,” immediately sets the stage, which I love—it’s clear and gets straight to the point.

I appreciate how the sidebar pulls out the key takeaways, like the jump in success rates and consistently on-time submissions.

The way the story is told also works really well. Starting with Before Loopio, moving into Why Loopio, and wrapping up with Working With Loopio, it walks you through the journey step by step in a way that’s logical and easy to follow.

It’s simple but effective.

The request a demo button is a nice touch, mimicking what you’d expect from an interactive deck.

That said, the lack of visuals really stood out to me—there’s not a single chart or image to break up the text. Still, it’s a well-structured, effective case study.

WorkForce Software case study (static PDF)

This case study highlights how Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) partnered with WorkForce Software to revolutionize their time and attendance processes.

I really like the executive overview—it lays out all the key information, like ROI and overtime reductions, in a simple, easy-to-digest format.

It’s also funny how it mimics an interactive deck by bolding the chapter names in each section.

While the static PDF format feels a bit dated (hello, early 2000s!), I appreciate how it builds a clear narrative, even wrapping up with future plans like expanding self-service functionality and improving reporting.

Adding visuals or interactive elements would have made it way more engaging, but the content itself is strong and well-structured.
