How do I activate the discount during the sale period?

The discount will automatically apply at checkout during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaign. No promo code is needed!

Who is eligible for the Black Friday & Cyber Monday discounts?

✅ New Users: Discounts apply to all seats purchased.
✅ Trial & Returning Users: Discounts apply to your first seat.
✅ Existing Subscribers: Discounts apply to additional seats or when upgrading from monthly to annual plans.

Are the discounts valid if I’ve already canceled my subscription but it hasn’t expired yet?

No, discounts only apply to new and reactivated users, so if your subscription is still not over you won’t be able to get it at the discount rate. You’ll need to first reactivate your subscription at full price. After reactivation, you can then apply the Black Friday discount for additional seats or by switching to an annual plan.

I’m already on Storydoc. Can I take advantage of the discount?

Of course! You can upgrade from monthly to annual and pay half of the price or purchase a new seat for your existing plan and pay only the discounted price. You can do so from your billing section. 

Can I switch from a monthly to an annual plan and still get the discount?

Absolutely! If you upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period, you’ll enjoy a 50% discount on all seats.

What is the discount if I add more seats to my subscription?

- Annual Plan Subscribers: Get 50% off for every additional seat.
- Monthly Plan Subscribers: Get 20% off for every additional seat.

Can I cancel my plan after purchasing it during the sale?

Yes, you can cancel at any time, but please note that all subscriptions are non-refundable, even if purchased during the sale.

If I used to be a Storydoc user before, can I reactivate my account with the Black Friday discount?

Yes! Users reactivating their accounts are eligible for the discount.

Will the discount apply to my future renewals?

The Black Friday & Cyber Monday discounts are available for one year. This means if you purchase an annual or monthly plan, the special price will apply for the next 12 months only and will not carry over to your subsequent renewal.

For how long will I pay the discounted price?

If you purchase an annual plan, you will save 50% off the original price for the entire year.
If you purchase a monthly plan, you will save 20% off the original price each month for a full year.
After one year, you are billed the original price.

What if I miss the Black Friday deal? Will there be any extensions?

Once the sale ends on December 2, 2024, the discounts will no longer be available, so make sure to take advantage of the offer before it ends! 

When does the Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale start and end?

The sale starts on November 22, 2024, and ends on December 2, 2024, at 11:59 pm (PST).

Do the Black Friday & Cyber Monday discounts apply to Team plans?
