One day during a discussion about curtain hooks, Alex and Ben got very excited about the potential of bringing the power of making to everyday people.
2015
In 2015, Ben received a grant from the Design Council to turn his FormBox prototype into a product. Alex and Ben worked tirelessly putting the FormBox into production in Wales, and after nine months, they had a prototype.
2016
Their May 2016 Kickstarter campaign hit more than 1000% of its funding goal, raising almost $600k in a month.After the campaign was over, they set about taking their clunky old prototype to the next level.

Mayku went on to raised £2.6m from some of Europe’s most successful investors including Simon Murdoch and Robert Devereux. We’ve since established our global distribution base and the Mayku community continues to grow with over 10,000 customers and have already launched our second machine.

As you will be our local representative, you should be able to help us with product replacements and answer customer queries.
You should be ambitiously aiming to attract new customers within your region. This requires frequent communications from your side.
You will be working closely with a member of our Team to design marketing campaigns, receive trainings & more.
We will forward you customer leads that were registered through our website, should the customer be located in your region.
Active partners can buy the latest Mayku Products first - sometimes even before we launch them on our channels!

Supply craft businesses and help them manufacture products like soaps, home wares, candles, bath bombs and much more.
